Bahan Fruit Pastry Cake<\/h2>\n

100 gr butter
\n160 gr gula halus
\n50 gr plain yogurt
\n3 btr kuning telur (ukuran besar)
\n180 gr tepung protein rendah
\n15 gr maizena
\n15 gr susu bubuk
\n1\/2 sdt baking powder double action
\n1 sdt vanilla pasta
\nLemon zest dari 1 buah lemon
\n3 btr putih telur
\n1 sdt perasan lemon
\nBuah buahan sesuai selera<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Fruit Pastry Cake<\/h2>\n

1. Siapkan loyang saya menggunakan loyang diameter 22 cm. Olesi dengan margarin semua bagian dan beri alas kertas roti, lalu taburi pinggir nya dengan tepung.
\n2. Potong buah2 an lalu keringkan dengan lap bersih atau tisu (supaya buah tidak tenggelam)
\n3. Ayak bahan kering tepung, maizena, susu bubuk, baking powder. Sisihkan.
\n4. Kocok putih telur tambahkan perasan jeruk lemon sampai softpeak, sisihkan.
\n5. Kocok butter dan gula sampai mengembang berwarna pucat, tambahkan kuning telur bertahap. Masukkan lemon zest, vanila pasta.
\n6. Tambahkan ayakan bahan kering bergantian dengan yogurt supaya adonan tidak pecah.
\n7. Tuang kocokan putih telur 1\/3 bagian secara bertahap, aduk balik sampai rata.
\n8. Tuang pada loyang, oven sebentar sampai permukaan sedikit berkulit, lalu tata buah diatasnya. Lanjutkan oven sampai matang sesuaikan oven masing2 api atas bawah. Kurang lebih 30 menit 170 c.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
