125 gr margarine\/mentega
\n50 gr gula halus
\n4 kuning telur
\n100 gr tepung protein sedang
\n10 gr susu bubuk
\n4 putih telur
\n1\/2 sdt air jeruk nipis \/lemon
\n50 gr gula pasir
\nMeses secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Cake Meses<\/h2>\n

1. Mixer butter dan gula halus hingga mengembang pucat dgn speed maximal
\n2. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu sambil di mixer dgn speed sedang hingga tercampur rata
\n3. Masukkan terigu dan susu bubuk sambil diayak, mixer kecepatan rendah hingga tercampur rata, (utk memastikan adonan tercampur rata aduk adonan dgn spatula ) sisihkan.
\n4. Campur putih telur dan jeruk nipis, mixer dgn kecepatan maximal hingga berbusa, masukkan gula secara bertahap (3X )sambil terus dimixer, mixer hingga soft peak.
\n5. Masukkan adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur secara bertahap , aduk balik (dari bawah keatas ) hingga tercampur rata
\n6. Masukkan meses secukupnya, aduk rata.
\n7.Tuang adonan ke loyang yang sudah dialasi kertas roti, . Lalu hentakkan loyang bbrp kali agar udara yg terperangkap di dlm bisa keluar , taburi meses secukupnya
\n8. Panggang suhu 170C api atas bawah selama 40 menit , atau sesuaikan oven masing2. Oven sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
