Bahan Sate Ayam<\/h2>\n

250gr daging ayam fillet, potong dadu
\n1 buah jeruk nipis
\nSecukupnya tusuk sate
\nBumbu marinasi, haluskan
\n6 butir bamer
\n2 siung baput
\n1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
\n2 sdm santan kental
\n6 sdm kecap manis
\n6 sdm minyak sayur
\nSecukupnya garam\/lada<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Sate Ayam<\/h2>\n

Lumuri potongan ayam dengan air jeruk nipis, bilas. Campur ayam dgn bumbu halus, tutup dan marinasi selama min 3 jam di kulkas(me: semalaman)
\nTata potongan ayam pd tusuk sate. Siapkan dan panaskan grilled pan. Oles sate dengan sisa bahan marinasi. Lalu bakar hingga matang<\/p>\n

Bumbu Kacang;<\/h2>\n

200 gr kacang tanah goreng, haluskan
\n2-3 sdm gula merah
\nSecukupnya minyak utk menumis
\nSecukupnya air
\nSecukupnya garam\/lada
\nBumbu halus;<\/strong>
\n4 butir bawang merah
\n2 siung bawang putih
\n2 butir kemiri
\nSecukupnya cabe merah\/rawit sesuaikan selera<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Saus Kacang<\/h2>\n

Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, lalu masukan kacang, gula merah lalu beri air. Sesuaikan tingkat kekentalan saus kacang. Beri garam & lada, koreksi rasa. Masak hingga matang merata<\/p>\n
