\nSejumput cream of tar-tar (bisa diganti garam)
\n65 gr gula kastor
\n55 ml susu cair plain
\n30 ml cooking oil
\n65 gr tepung terigu, ayak
\n1\/2 sdt vanilla extract
\nBahan isian;<\/strong>
\nSecukupnya diary whipping cream, kocok hingga kaku

Cara Membuat Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcake<\/h2>\n

Panaskan oven di suhu 170\u2019 dan siapkan paper cup utk chiffon. Campur cooking oil & susu. Aduk rata cairan tsb
\nPisahkan kuning telur dan putih telur. Mixer dgn kecepatan tinggi putih telur dan CoT hingga berbusa, lalu masukkan gula secara bertahap. Mixer hingga putih telur kaku
\nLalu turunkan kec mixer, masukkan kuning telur satu persatu. Kemudian tuang cairan bertahap. Masukkan tepung secara bertahap, dan kocok asal rata. Matikan mixer, dan ratakan adonan dgn spatula
\nTuang kedalam paper cup setinggi 3\/4 cup, dan panggang selama 20 menit (kenali oven masing2 yaa). Apabila sudah matang, keluarkan cupcakes dr oven, sisihkan hingga suhu ruang<\/p>\n
