Bahan Chee Cheong Fan<\/h2>\n

60 gr tepung beras
\n20 gr tepung maizena
\nSejumput garam
\n300 ml air
\nDaun bawang iris tipis
\nsecukupnya<\/p>\n

Topping<\/h2>\n

Bawang goreng, biji wijen, kecap asin, minyak wijen,saus sambal
\nBumbu kacang (kalau suka)
\nKalau mau dikasih isian, bisa topping ebi, udang atau charsiu<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Chee Cheong Fan<\/h2>\n

1 Aduk rata bahan menjadi satu, sisihkan
\n2 Goreng bawang dan minyak sayur dan wijen. Goreng hingga golden ya
\n3 Siapkan kukusan, panaskan hingga beruap. Olesi loyang dgn minyak bawang yang banyak. Tuang campuran tepung, jangan terlalu banyak. Ksh rata dan kukus. Tutup kukusan 2 menit.
\n4 Setelah 2 menit lagi baru taburi chasio. Blh jga ksh hebi.(jika pakai hebi&bawang putih di blender dulu trus ditumis sampai wangi).Scrap dengan scrapper atau sutil silicone. Lipat dan gulung
\n5 Letakkan di piring, diamkan hingga dingin.
