Bahan Terik Sapi<\/h2>\n

1 kg daging sapi, iris seukuran empal (lulur dalam \/ kisi )
\n8 x bawang putih iris tipis
\n8 x bawang merah iris tipis
\n100 gr gula merah sisir halus
\n2 sdm Kecap manis ABC
\n1\u20442 sdt garam
\n1 sdt masako sapi
\n1 sdt merica bubuk
\n2 telunjuk jahe iris tebal
\n2 sdm gula pasir
\n5 bh lombok kecil utuh (selera)
\n1 liter santan sedang dr 1\u20442 butir kelapa<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Terik Sapi<\/h2>\n

1. Goreng bawang merah & bawang putih hingga coklat keemasan, angkat, sisihkan.
\n2. Sisakan sedikit minyak bekas goreng bawang tadi (2sdm) lalu masukkan gula merah pakai api sedang, masak hingga gula berbuih banyak dan gulanya harum lalu aduk2 lalu masukkan irisan jahe .
\n3. Masukkan daging yg telah diiris (jangan langsung dicemplung) tapi diatur yg rapi dalam wajan supaya dagingnya gak melungker2
\n( Nanti daging akan mengeluarkan air)
\n4. Setelah terlihat permukaan daging berubah warna baru dibalik lalu masak terus hingga airnya abis.
\n5. Setelah airnya abis, lalu masukkan bumbu2 kemudian bawang goreng lombok kecil aduk rata kemudian tuang santan lalu kecilkan api, ungkep sampai agak kental (tp tidak sampai kering, jadi tetep ada kuah). Aduk lalu angkat. Masaknya 1-1.5 jam )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
