270 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
\n60 gr gula pasir
\n6 gr ragi
\n30 gr susu bubuk
\n1 sdt pasta taro ( bila warna masih pucat tambahkan)
\n1 butir kuning telur
\n130 ml air es<\/p>\n

Bahan B<\/h2>\n

35 gr margarin
\n1\/2 sdt garam<\/p>\n

Bahan Isian<\/h2>\n

Choco chips
\nKeju+susu bubuk+skm diaduk<\/p>\n

Bahan Poles<\/h2>\n

Susu Cair<\/p>\n

Langkah<\/h2>\n

\u2022 campur kuning telur dan air kocok rata.
\n\u2022 dalam wadah masukkan bahan A, aduk dengan mixer speed kecepatan sedang, kalau sudah setengah kalis tambahkan bahan B adon lagi sampai kalis elastis transparan (windowpane). Lalu istirahat kan adonan kurang lebih 30 menit.
\n\u2022 siapkan loyang ukuran sudah diolesi margarin
\n\u2022bila sudah 30 menit, kempes kan adonan lalu bagi adonan per 45gr dpt 12bh resting 10 menit, lalu gilas adonan isi dengan bahan isian Istirahat kan lagi selama 45-1jam (sampai mengembang 2x lipat)
\n\u2022 panaskan oven disuhu 180\u00b0c selama 10 menit api atas bawah
\n\u2022 oles adonan menggunakan susu cair , panggang selama kurang lebih 20-25 menit.
