Bahan Spiku Kenari<\/h2>\n

15 butir kuning Telur (275 gram)
\n110 gr gula halus
\n50 gr tepung protein rendah
\n10 gr tepung maizena
\n15 gr susu bubuk
\n150 gr butter\/margarine dicairkan
\n1 sdt SP (boleh Skip jika telur fresh)
\n1 sdt vanilla extract
\n2 sdm SKM

Cara Membuat Spiku Kenari<\/h2>\n

1. Kocok butter yg sdh di cairkan dan susu kental manis sampai rata dan lembut, sisihkan.
\n2. Mixer kuning telur, gula halus, sp (jika menggunakan) speed tinggi sampai benar-benar terasa kental berjejak\/ pucat
\n3.Masukkan tepung, maizena, susu bubuk yang sudah diayak ke wadah bahan kedua, aduk balik pelan-pelan (jangan over mix, bisa bantat).
\n4. Kemudian butter dan susu yang sudah dikocok, dan vanila extra aduk balik sampai rata.
\n5. Tuang ke loyang loyang yang sudah dialasi kertas & diolesi mentega pada sekeliling loyang. Lalu Beri taburan kacang kenari.
\n6. Oven dengan suhu 180 api atas dan bawah selama 30 menit.(sesuaikan oven masing2)
