\n150gr daging sapi cincang (bisa ganti ayam atau apapun)
\n2siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
\n1\/2 bawang bombay (cincang halus)
\n100gr kentang (iris dadu kecil)
\n100gr wortel (iris dadu kecil)
\n100gr buncis (iris kecil2)
\n1\/2 pack keju cheddar parut
\n1\/4 sdt pala bubuk
\nGaram, lada, kaldu secukupnya
\n1sdm – 2sdm margarin<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Tomat Panggang Isi Daging Keju<\/h2>\n

Lelehkan margarin, lalu tumis bawang putih dan bombay hingga harum
\nmasukkan daging sapi , aduk2 dan masak hingga berubah warna
\nmasukkan wortel,kentang,buncis lalu masak hingga semua lembut
\nberi garam, lada, kaldu, pala bubuk lalu aduk2 rata
\nmasukkan keju parut, masak hingga keju leleh . Angkat dan sisihkan
\nbelah bagian atas tomat, lalu angkat bagian tengah tomat dengan sendok dan lap tomat dengan tissue dapur hingga kering
\nmasukkan isian daging hingga penuh , lalu beri parutan keju quickmelt panggang di oven dengan suhu 180 api atas saja hingga keju meleleh, cukup 3 menit saja. Keluarkan dan beri topping bread crumb. Sajikan hangat
