450 gr dada ayam filet
\nCuci bersih kasi perasan jeruk nipis dan sedikit garam kemudian tusuk” semua bagian dgn garpu
\n1 sdm margarin<\/p>\n

Bahan Bumbu<\/h2>\n

1 sdm angkak
\n1 sdt bumbu ngohiong
\n2 sdm madu
\n3 sdm bumbu barbeque
\n2 siung bawang putih halus
\nGaram gula pasir lada bubuk kaldu jamur secukupnya
\nJika perlu 2 tetes pewarna makanan warna merah.<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Ayam Charsiu<\/h2>\n

1. Cuci angkak kemudian rendam dgn air hangat lalu tiriskan dab haluskan
\n2. Rendam dada ayam yg sdh di bilas dgn bahan bumbu diatas simpan 1 malam dlm kulkas
