400 gr filet gurame
\n(Ikan gurame yg di ambil dagingnya)
\n1 btr bawang bombay
\n3 siung bawang putih
\n2 btg daun bawang
\n1 buah wortel ukuran sedang potong memanjang
\n3 buah jagung putren potong memanjang
\n1 sdm sagu\/maizena di kasi 2 sdm air
\nSaos tomat secukupnya
\nSaos sambel secukupnya
\nAir mineral secukupnya
\nGaram gula pasir bubuk kaldu secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Filet Gurame Asam Manis<\/h2>\n

Filet Ikan Goreng Tepung :<\/strong><\/em>
\n1. Ikan yg sdh di potong” kasi jeruk nipis dan garam
\n2. masukan ke dlm 1 btr kocokan telur kemudian masukan ke dlm tepung terigu yg sdh dikasi sedikit garam dan lada halus masukan satu persatu hingga semua ikan habis sambil di tekan”.
\n3. goreng ikan hingga habis kemudian sisihkan .

\n1. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum tambahkan bawang bombay wortel jagung putren aduk rata masukan garam gula pasir bubuk kaldu dan sedikit air
