Bahan Butter Sugar Bread<\/h2>\n

Larutan Ragi :<\/strong><\/em>
\n7 gr ragi instan
\n5 gr palm sugar
\n50 ml air hangat<\/p>\n

Bahan utama<\/h2>\n

300 gr tepung Bread Mugo
\n30 gr palm sugar
\n1,5 gr garam<\/p>\n

Bahan Basah<\/h2>\n

200 ml susu cair
\n1,5 sdm minyak
\n1,5 sdm mentega leleh
\n1\/2 sdt cuka apel (1\/4 sdt cuka biasa)
\n2 butir telur<\/p>\n

Tambahan<\/h2>\n

Butter potong kotak2
\nGula pasir\/kastor utk taburan<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Butter Sugar Bread<\/h2>\n

1. Larutkan ragi dg gula dan air hangat, tutup, diamkan 10 menit sd berbuih.
\n2. Mixer semua bahan basah dg kec.rendah sd tercampur.
\n3. Masukkan bahan kering secara bertahap, nsikan kec.mixer jika adonan sudah terasa lebih berat.
\n4. Masukkan larutan ragi, mixer kembali sd lembut.
\n5. Masukkan adonan dlm piping bag, semprotkan pada cup atau langsung dituang pada loyang loaf yg telah dioles butter.
\n6. Diamkan 15-20 menit sd volume adonan bertambah.
\n7. Gunting bagian atasnya, selipkan butter, oles dg susu, taburi gula pasir\/kastor.
