Bahan Crispy Potato Ring<\/h2>\n

500 gr kentang (ditimbang setelah kupas kulit), potong2
\n2 siung bawang putih, parut halus
\n1 sdt garam
\n1 sdt kaldu jamur
\n1\/3 sdt merica (lada hitam, sesuai selera)
\n2 sdt parsley kering
\n1 sdm penuh tepung beras
\n1 sdm penuh tepung maizena
\nAir secukupnya untuk merebus kentang<\/p>\n

Cara membuat Crispy Potato Ring<\/h2>\n

1. Rebus kentang sampai empuk, tiriskan. Lumat halus menggunakan garpu.
\n2. Tambahkan semua bumbu, aduk rata. Koreksi rasa.
\n3. Masukkan tepung beras dan maizena, aduk rata.
\n4. Gilas tipis adonan di atas alas yg uda ditaburi tepung maizena agar gak lengket, kira2 setebal 3mm.
\n5. Cetak bulet pake apa aja kemudian bolongin tengahnya.
