Bahan Udang Asam Garam<\/h2>\n

500 gr udang yg udah dikupas
\n1 sdm kecap manis
\n1,5 sdm gula pasir
\n1 lbr daun pandan<\/p>\n

Bumbu yg dihaluskan<\/h2>\n

5 cabe merah keriting
\n1 cabe merah besar
\n5 siung bawang merah
\n3 siung bawang putih
\n2 cm kunyit
\n1\/2 ruas lengkuas
\n1 batang serai
\n3 butir kemiri
\n2 sdt ketumbar
\n1 sdt garam
\n1\/2 sdm pasta asam jawa
\nAir secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara membuat Udang Asam Garam<\/h2>\n

1. Blender semua bahan bumbu menggunakan Magic Chopper CH 200 @mitochiba.id
\n2. Marinasi udang dg bumbu halus, simpan di kulkas dan biarkan selama kurleb 1 jam.
\n3. Panaskan Wok Pan 30 cm (1 handle) @steincookware , masukkan udang. Aduk hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan kecap manis. Aduk rata. Masak hingga mendidih dan air menyusut.
\n4. Masukkan gula pasir, masak hingga air kering, siram sedikit minyak ke sekeliling pinggiran wajan, aduk2 hingga bumbu berwarna kecoklatan gelap.
\n5. Sesaat sebelum diangkat, masukkan daun pandan yg dipotong2 untuk menambah aroma wangi. Aduk hingga daun pandan agak layu, angkat dan sajikan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
