Rebus daging sampai mendidih,buang kotoran yg mengapung lalu masak kembali
\nPanaskan wajan lalu tumis bumbu halus dgn 2 sdm minyak sampai harum lalu tuang ke dalam rebusan daging
\nMasukan sereh,daun salam,daun jeruk,lengkuas, jahe,garam dan kaldu jamur
\nMasak sampai daging empuk lalu koreksi rasa
\nSiapkan mangkok tata taoge,soun,dan daging lalu siram dgn kuah soto lalu taburi dgn bawang goreng dan daun bawang seledri
