200 gr tepung terigu
\n150 gr gula pasir
\n2 butir telur ukuran sedang
\n180 ml susu cair full cream
\n1 sdt SP
\n1\/2 sdt vanili bubuk
\n1\/4 sdt garam
\n2 sdm Glaze Colatta matcha
\n2 sdm Glaze Colatta strawberry<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Bolu Kukus Mekar Glaze Colatta<\/h2>\n

1. Dalam wadah campurkan semua bahan kecuali glaze Colatta (menggunakan metode all in one). Mixer hingga mengembang dan putih pucat.
\n2. Bagi 3 adonan, adonan yang pertama biarkan berwarna putih, adonan kedua tambahkan glaze Colatta matcha lalu mixer hingga tercampur rata, adonan ketiga tambahkan glaze Colatta strawberry lalu mixer hingga tercampur rata.
\n3. Tuangkan secara selang seling antara adonan putih dan matcha hingga bibir paper cup. Untuk yang rasa strawberry tuangkan selang seling antara adonan putih dan adonan strawberry hingga bibir paper cup. Dan ketiga tuangkan selang seling adonan matcha dan strawberry hingga bibir paper cup.
