250 gr udang, kupas kulitnya
\nTerigu serbaguna secukupnya
\nAir secukupnya..<\/p>\n

Bahan Sambal<\/h2>\n

5 siung bawang merah
\n2 cabe merah
\n1 buah tomat,potong dadu kecil
\n15 bj rawit (sesuaikan selera)
\n1 keping terasi
\n2-3 sdm minyak goreng
\nGaram,gula pasir, kaldu jamur secukupnya.<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Sambal Gami Udang<\/h2>\n

Cuci bersih udang setelah dikupas kulitnya, beri jeruk nipis dan sejumput garam.
\nCampurkan tepung serbaguna dan air sampai kekentalan nya seperti divideo, lalu campurkan udang, diamkan sebentar
\nGoreng diminyak panas api sedang sampai golden brown, angkat dan sisihkan.
\nSiapkan cobek tanah liat. Uleg bahan sambal, ga perlu sampai halus, tambahkan potongan tomat dan minyak goreng, taruh di atas kompor aduk sampai sambal mendidih kemudian tata udang di atasnya, aduk2.. kalau rasanya sudah pas matikan kompor, siap disajikan .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
