300 gr tepung terigu serbaguna
\n150 gr gula kastor
\n200 gr butter
\n1\/2 sdt garam
\n1 sdt bubuk kayumanis \/ esens almond \/ bubuk anis (adas) — pilih salah satu
\n1 telur, kocok lepas
\n1 sdt baking powder
\nEgg wash: 2 bh kuning telur
\nTopping: 50 gr pearl sugar, 40 gr sliced almonds<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Jan Hagel \/ Janhagel<\/h2>\n

1. Panaskan oven 175C api atas bawah. Siapkan 2 lbr kertas roti.
\n2. Dalam wadah, campur baking powder dan tepung. Tambahkan butter dan gula. Uleni hingga merata. Masukkan garam dan kayumanis \/ esens almond \/ bubuk adas. Uleni hingga tercampur rata.
\n3. Letakkan selembar kertas roti pada meja dapur. Letakkan adonan Jan Hagel di atasnya. Gilas dengan rolling pin hingga ketebalan 1\/2 cm dan ukuran persegi 30 X 35 cm.
\n4. Olesi permukaan adonan dengan egg wash. Lalu taburi pearl sugar dan sliced almonds. Tutupi permukaan adonan dengan kertas roti. Gilas sedikit saja. Lepaskan kertas roti di atas adonan.
\n5. Dengan hati-hati, pindahkan adonan (dengan alas kertas roti) ke baking tray.
\n6. Panggang dalam oven selama 15-20 menit hingga kecokelatan dan mulai set. Matikan oven.
\n7. Ketika adonan masih panas, potong dengan pisau \/ pizza cutter hingga berbentuk cookies kecil-kecil seukuran 3 x 8 cm.
