Cara Membuat Roll Cake Ekonomis<\/h2>\n

1. Siapkan loyang, olesi dasarnya dengan margarin, alasi dengan kertas roti\/baking paper. Oles lagi dengan margarin\/minyak loyang lalu pasang sekat (sekat tidak perlu dioles)
\n2. Ayak terigu, maizena dan susu bubuk dan campur semua bahan jadi satu kecuali mentega cair. Kocok dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi hingga mengembang, kental dan putih (cek kekentalan dg mengangkat mixer, adonan akan jatuh perlahan, tidak encer). Saya 10 menit.
\n3. Masukkan mentega cair,
\npasta coklat lalu aduk balik dengan spatula karet hingga merata dan homogen.
\n4. Tuang ke dalam loyang, ratakan permukaannya. Panggang dalam oven yg sudah dipanaskan 190-200’C (api besar) 20 menit
\n5. Keluarkan dari loyang dan dinginkan. Beri filling sesuai selera dan gulung sambil dipadatkan.
