350 gr tepung protein tinggi
\n5 gr ragi instan
\n65 gr gulpas
\n20 gr susu
\n4 gr garam
\n1 butir telur
\n165 ml air dingin
\n45 gr mentega tawar
\nFilling : Mentega, secukupnya<\/p>\n

Topping Cream Coffee<\/h2>\n

50 gr mentega\/margarin
\n55 gr gula halus
\n60 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
\n1 butir putih telur
\n1 sdt kopi instan
\n1 sdm air hangat
\nPasta mocca secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Roti Bun (Mexican Coffee Bun)<\/h2>\n

1. Aduk bahan roti secara bertahap. Campur rata tepung & ragi, tambah gula pasir, susu dan garam, telur, air dingin lalu mentega, mixer sampai kalis
\n2. Setelah kalis diamkan tutup dg serbet, diamkan selama 30 menit
\n3. Bagi adonan menjadi 15 bagian, bulatkan lalu beri masing2 adonan dg isian mentega. Simpan dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin. Tutup dg serbet, diamkan selama 45 – 60 menit
\n4. Topping. Campur semua bahan cream. Aduk rata dg spatula. Masukan ke dalam plastik segitiga.
\n5. Setelah adonan mengembang beri topping cream lalu panggang dg suhu 170-180c selama 20 menit sesuai oven masing2.
