Bahan Bahan Tahu Pong Semarang<\/h2>\n

Bahan A (kuah petis)<\/strong><\/em>
\n400 ml air putih
\n4 sdm makan petis udang pekat
\n1\/2 sdt garam (sesuai selera)
\n1 sdt kaldu jamur
\n75 gr gula jawa sisir(sesuai selera)
\n3 sdm kecap manis
\n3 siung bawang putih uleg kasar<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Kuah Petis<\/h2>\n

Campur semua bahan rebus sampai berwarna pekat dan kekentalan sedang kuahnya
\nKoreksi rasa bila suka manis boleh di tambah gula jawa atau tambah garam bila kurang asin<\/p>\n

Bahan B Gimbal Udang<\/h2>\n

300 gr udang segar utuh(buang kumis)
\n150 gr tepung terigu
\n50 gr tepung beras
\n250 ml air putih
\nminyak secukupnya
\nBumbu halus<\/em><\/strong>
\n1\/2 sdt ketumbar
\n3 siung bawang putih
\n1\/2 sdt garam(sesuaikan selera)
\n1\/4 sdt kaldu jamur
\n2 cm kunyit(boleh skip)<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Gimbal Udang<\/h2>\n

campur semua bahan lalu goreng sampai berwarna kekuningan<\/p>\n

Bahan C<\/h2>\n

Tahu pong iris kotak lalu goreng sampi berwarna kekuningan
\n2 butir telur rebus lalu goreng di minyak panas sampai kulitnya berwarna coklat<\/p>\n

Bahan Tambahan<\/h2>\n

Acar lobak:
\nLobak secukupnya iris tipis lalu beri garam sedikit dan remas2 buang airnya lalu cuci bersih dan tiriskan
\nberi irisan lobak dgn sedikit garam,gula dan cuka sesuai selera lalu simpan di kulkas dan biarkan meresap
\n20 butir rawit hijau uleg kasar sisihkan<\/p>\n

Tata tahu pong yg sdh di goreng do atas piring,beserta telur dan gimbal udang yg sdh di potong2
