\n2 sdt kaldu jamur

Cara Membuat Oseng Usus Pedas<\/h2>\n

1. Cuci bersih usus ayam, potong2 kemudian di rebus dengan jahe dan daun salam, setelah itu cuci bersih kembali
\n2. Tumis duo bawang bersama lengkuas dan sereh, kemudian masukkan irisan cabai dan masak hingga bumbu matang
\n3. Masukkan usus ayam, beri bumbu2 garam, gula, kaldu jamur dan lada bubuk kemudian aduk merata
\n4. Beri kecap manis secukupnya dan air secukupnya agar semua bumbu bisa meresap
