Bahan<\/h2>\n

1 kg fillet paha ayam (me : bagian paha bawah )
\nTepung terigu protein tinggi
\nTepung bumbu crispy (boleh skip)<\/p>\n

Bahan Marinasi<\/h2>\n

1 sdm garam (sesuai selera)
\n2 sdm bw putih bubuk
\n1 sdt lada bubuk
\nKaldu bubuk secukupnya
\n100 ml<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Cuci bersih fillet paha ayam (bagian paha bawah)
\n2. Campur semua bahan bumbu marinasi aduk rata lalu tambahkan air 100 ml aduk rata kembali
\n3. Masukkan fillet paha ayam ke bumbu marinasi
\nDiamkan 5 jam biar bumbu meresap .. lebih baik simpan di kulkas
\n4. Tepung kering : Campur tepung terigu dan tepung bumbu crispy aduk rata
\n5. Ambil bbrp bagian fillet paha ayam, masukkan ke dalam tepung kering , jangan ditekan2..asal terbalur tepung.
\n6. Siapkan wadah beri air lalu masukan ayam yg sdh di balur tepung kedlm air bbrp saat , ..angkat ayam tiriskan lalu masukkan kembali ke tepung kering , balur kembali ayam dgn tepung sambil diaduk2 sampai kelihatan kriwilnya ( diaduk2 jangan ditekan2 saat membalur tepungnya)
\n7. Panaskan minyak agak banyak.. goreng ayam hingga kecoklatan
