1 kg kentang (berat belum dikupas)
\n200 ml susu (saya: UHT full cream @mymilk_id )
\n1 siung bawang putih, parut
\n25 gr butter
\n150 gr keju tua (saya: keju cheddar @kraft_id ), parut
\n1 ujung pisau pala bubuk
\nSecukupnya lada dan garam
\nKalo mau boleh tambah 20 gr parsley (saya: skip)<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1.Kupas kentang, potong menjadi potongan yang sama dan rebus dalam air yg diberi garam selama 20 menit, tiriskan, kembalikan ke panci dan biarkan menguap selama 3 menit.
\n2. Hancurkan kentang dengan penghalus kentang.\u00a0 Sementara itu, panaskan susu dalam panci.
\n3 . Aduk susu dan bawang putih ke dalam kentang dengan sendok kayu atau pengocok.
\n4. Tambahkan mentega dan keju sambil terus diaduk hingga keju meleleh.
