Bahan Mie Gacoan<\/h2>\n

Mie telur secukupnya
\n1 batang daun bawang, iris halus
\nBawang goreng
\n25 buah cabe rawit, rebus dan uleg kasar (sambal)
\nKulit pangsit<\/p>\n

Minyak Ayam<\/h2>\n

150 ml minyak goreng
\n4 siung bawang putih
\n2 ruas jahe
\n100 gr kulit ayam<\/p>\n

Toping Ayam<\/h2>\n

400 gr ayam fillet, haluskan
\n4 siung bawang putih
\n1\/2 buah bawang bombai
\n1 sdm minyak wijen
\n1 sdm saus tiram
\n1 sdm kecap asin
\nGula, garam, lada dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Mie Gacoan<\/h2>\n

1. Minyak ayam : campur semua bahan, goreng sampai kering, saring dan sisihkan.
\n2. Toping ayam : tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai sampai harum, masukkan ayam giling, masak sampai berubah warna.
\n3. Tuang air, beri minyak wijen, saus tiram, kecap asin, gula, garam, lada dan kaldu bubuk. Masak sampai mengering, angkat. Setelah hangat, Chopper ayam sampai halus, sisihkan.
\n4. Pangsit Goreng : ambil selembar kulit pangsit, beri 1 sdm isian ayam, oles pinggiran kulit dengan air, lipat dan bentuk sesuai selera (bisa liat di video), goreng sampai kecoklatan, angkat.
\n5. Rebus air sampai mendidih, masukkan mie telur, masak sampai matang, angkat dan tiriskan.
\n6. Penyajian : taruh dalam wadah, mie rebus, 2 sdm, 1 sdm kecap asin, saus tiram, kaldu bubuk dan sambal sesuai selera. Aduk rata.
