\nGaram, gula pasir & merica bubuk

\n1 sdm ketumbar
\n1\/2 sdt jintan

Cara Membuat Coto Makassar<\/h2>\n

1. Rebus daging dengan air beras, masukkan garam, serai, daun jeruk, lengkuas, daun salam dan kayu manis.
