\u25ab\ufe0f100 gr kacang hijau (rendam semalaman, lalu kukus hingga matang)
\n\u25ab\ufe0f2 butir telur
\n\u25ab\ufe0f125 ml susu cair (boleh ganti santan)
\n\u25ab\ufe0f\u00bd sdt ragi instan
\n\u25ab\ufe0f1 sdt ekstrak vanilla
\n\u25ab\ufe0f5 sdm gula pasir
\n\u25ab\ufe0f4 sdm tepung terigu prot sedang
\n\u25ab\ufe0f2 sdm tepung maizena
\n\u25ab\ufe0f5 sdm minyak sayur<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Masukkan kacang hijau yg telah masak, telur, susu cair, vanilla ke dlm blender atau food processor, blend hingga tekstur yg diinginkan (lebih enak klo masih ada tekstur kacangnya)
\n2. Pidahkan ke dalam wadah, kemudian masukkan gula, lalu aduk. Masukkan kembali berturut2 tepung dan minyak sayur. Aduk hingga rata ( tidak usah terlalu lama).
\n3. Tutup adonan dgn kain, dan biarkan 30 menit
\n4. Tuang dlm cetakan yg telah diolesi minyak, lalu kukus selama 25 menit dgn api sedang
\n5. Setelah matamg, tunggu hingga benar\u00b2 dingin baru keluarkan dari loyang
