Bahan Sambal Pecel<\/h2>\n

500 gr Kacang Tanah, sangrai dg api kecil hingga matang
\n10 lbr Daun Jeruk, buang tulang daunnya
\n300 gr Gula Merah (jika kurang manis bs ditambah 1 sdm gula pasir\/sesuai selera)
\n10 gr Asam Jawa tanpa biji
\n25 gr Garam
\nKaldu Jamur secukupnya<\/p>\n

Bumbu<\/h2>\n

50 gr Bawang Putih (sy, 1\/4 bagian iris tipis & digoreng kering)
\n50 gr Cabe Keriting
\n50 gr Cabe Merah
\n25 gr Cabe Rawit (sesuaikan selera pedasnya)
\n20 gr Kencur<\/p>\n

Nasi
\nRempeyek (kacang\/teri\/, sesuai selera)
\nSayuran (sesuaikan selera) : tauge, kacang panjang, selada air dan krai, rebus hingga matang (untuk tauge & kacang panjang jangan overcook ya, agar tdk kelembekan)
\nLalapan : Timun & Daun Kemangi
\nLauk (sesuaikan selera) : tempe goreng dan ati ayam goreng<\/p>\n

Cara Buat Sambal Pecel<\/h2>\n

1. Potong kasar semua bahan bumbu, lalu sangrai hingga matang & cabenya kering
\n2. Campur kacang tanah, daun jeruk, gula merah, gula pasir, asam jawa, garam, kaldu jamur dan bumbu, aduk rata. Giling semua bahan hingga halus. Tuang dalam wadah, aduk kembali menggunakan sendok kayu agar bumbu benar2 merata.<\/p>\n

Penyelesaian<\/h2>\n

dlm mangkuk ambil secukupnya sambal pecel, seduh dg air panas (sesuaikan selera kekentalan sambal pecelnya), aduk hingga mengental.
