Bahan<\/h2>\n

3 butir\u00a0telur ukuran besar
\n95 gr\u00a0gula pasir
\n1 sdt cake emulsifier \/ SP
\n40 gr susu kental manis (SKM)
\n1 sdt\u00a0pasta vanila
\n75 gr\u00a0terigu kunci biru
\n15 gr\u00a0maizena
\n1\/2 sdt\u00a0baking powder
\n70 ml\u00a0susu cair
\n30 gr\u00a0minyak goreng
\n1 sdm\u00a0cokelat bubuk (larutkan dgn sedikit air panas menjadi pasta cokelat kental)
\nToping: Keju cheddar secukupnya (parut)<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Mixer telur, gula, dan SP sampai mengembang kental berjejak.
\n2. Masukkan SKM dan pasta vanila, mixer sebentar dg kecepatan rendah.
\n3. Masukkan terigu, maizena, dan baking powder sambil diayak, aduk rata pakai spatula.
\n4. Masukkan susu cair dan minyak goreng, aduk balik pakai spatula sampai rata.
\n5. Bagi 2 adonan. Salah satu diberi pasta cokelat, aduk rata.
\n6. Tuang masing2 adonan (putih dan cokelat) ke dalam 2 loyang ukuran 20x10x4cm yang sudah dioles margarin & dilapisi kertas roti, kukus selama 30 menit dengan api sedang atau sampai matang.
\n7. Setelah agak dingin, ambil salah satu bolu lalu oles dengan SKM lalu tumpuk dengan bolu lainnya sambil agak ditekan2. Oles bagian atas bolu dgn Vla Susu dan taburi dgn keju parut. Sajikan.
\nNOTE: Jika pakai loyang 20x10x10cm, tuang adonan putih terlebih dahulu dan kukus selama 10-15 menit, lalu tuang adonan cokelat ke atasnya lanjutkan mengukus selama 20 menit.<\/p>\n
