250 gr Daging sapi sandung lamur (bisa dg has dalam)
\n200 gr Paru (bila suka bisa menggunakan jeroan; usus, hati & babat)
\n2 btg Serai, geprek
\n3 cm Lengkuas, memarkan
\n2 lbr Daun Salam
\n4 lbr Daun Jeruk
\n3 btr Kapulaga
\n2 bh Bunga Lawang
\n3 cm Kayu Manis
\n3 btr Cengkih
\n2 sdt Gula pasir
\n1 sdm Garam
\nAir untuk merebus
\n3 sdm Minyak goreng utk menumis<\/p>\n

6 btr Bawang Merah
\n3 siung Bawang Putih
\n3 btr Kemiri sangrai
\n2 cm Kunyit bakar
\n2 cm Jahe
\n1\/2 sdt Lada butiran<\/p>\n

\nSeledri, iris halus utk taburan
\nTelur rebus, belah jd 2
\nJeruk Nipis
\nSambal cabe rawit ( 10 bh cabe rawit+1 bh cabe keriting+1 siung bawang putih, rebus & haluskan dg ditmbh sedikit garam & gula)

Cara membuat soto sulung<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Rebus paru selama 15 menit, angkat & buang air rebusannya. Kemudian rebus kembali hingga matang & empuk. Angkat & tiriskan. Iris tipis, sisihkan.
\n2. Didihkan 2 ltr air, rebus daging hingga setengah empuk bersama dg kapulaga, cengkih, bunga lawang & kayu manis. Angkat dagingnya, tiriskan. Iris tipis & masukkan kembali ke dalam kuah kaldu.
\n3. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan lengkuas, serai, daun salam & daun jeruk. Aduk2 hingga harum & bumbu matang, angkat & masukkan ke rebusan daging.
\n4. Masukkan paru, tambahkan gula & garam, aduk. Masak hingga daging empuk. Koreksi rasa. Angkat
