300 gr tepung komachi
\n50 gr tepung protein sedang
\n20 gr maizena
\n40 gr butter
\n50 gr gula
\n40 gr SKM
\n1 butir telur
\n1 sdt garam
\n1 1\/2 sdt ragi (me : 4gr)
\n150 ml susu cair dingin<\/p>\n

Topping<\/h2>\n

Bubuk parmesan secukupnya (td sy terpake kira2 40 gr gt)
\n1 butir telur kocok lepas
\n12 pc sosis pot 8-10cm (me:13pc krn pake sosis yg kcl ukuran 6cm jd adonan sy kecilin jg)<\/p>\n

Cara<\/h2>\n

1. Campur semua bahan kecuali garam dan butter mixer hingga setengah kalis ,masukan garam dan butter mixer hingga kalis elastis
\n2. Tutup kain\/plastik wrap diam kan proffing 45menit hingga double size
\n3. Keluarkan gilas adonan dan bagi jd 12pc (@ 58-60gr), kalau sy bagi jd 13pc (@ 53gr) ,bulatkan dan tutup pake kain diamkan 15menit
\n4. Gilas adonan dikit agak melebar gt atau tekan aja pake telapak tangan ,olesin dgn telur tekan2 ke keju parmesan lakukan hingga semuanya habis
\n5. Proffing 45-60 menit
\n6. Panaskan oven 10 menit suhu 180 serajat
\n7. Sambil nunggu oven panas tata sosis di atas roti ,pas taruh sosis hrs di tekan ampe ke bwh ya biar pas matang sosisnya msh di tengah roti ngak pd naik keatas ,olesin dgn mayonaise\/saus\/mozarella bila suka
