\n-1 papan tempe
\n-200gr kelapa parut
\n-1 btg serai
\n-1 jempol lengkuas
\n-2 lmbr daun jeruk
\n-1lmbr daun salam
\n– 1 sdm gula merah
\n– 1 genggam daun kemangi
\n– garam, gula pasir, kaldu jamur secukupnya
\n– daun pisang untuk membungkus<\/p>\n

Bumbu Halus<\/h2>\n

-7 siung bamer
\n-5 siung baput
\n-1 sdt ketumbar
\n-3 cm kunyit
\n-2 cm kencur
\n-3 btr kemiri
\n-5 bh cabe kriting
\n-15bh cabe rawit<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Pelas Ayam Tempe<\/h2>\n

-ungkep ayam dg bumbu kuning dan garam sampai empuk, sisihkan
\n-potong besar tempe, lalu goreng sampai matang. kemudian tumbuk kasar
\n-tumis bumbu halus bersama daun salam, daun jeruk, serai, lengkuas sampai harum. tambahkan gula merah, garam, gula pasir, kaldu jamur secukupnya
\n-masukan kelapa parut, ayam ungkep, dan tempe tumbuk
\n-tumis sebentar lalu matikan api
\n-tambahkan daun kemangi
\n-siapkan daun pisang, bungkus per porsi. saya pake loyang kukusan di alasi daun pisang biar cepet ?
\n-kukus pelas sampai matang, sajikan deh enak banget ??
\nNB: kalau tidak mau repot, boleh ya semua bahan mentah, dari ayam, tempe, dan bumbu halus. langsung campur aduk jadi satu, terus bungkus pake daun. langsung kukus sampai matang. tp nanti pepesnya jd agak berair gtu. mau kering harus dibakar. selera ya ?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
