Bahan A (Basah)<\/h2>\n

\u25aa\ufe0e2 butir telur uk sedang
\n\u25aa\ufe0e150 gr gula pasir
\n\u25aa\ufe0e250 ml susu cair + 1 sdm air lemon\/cuka (buttermilk)
\n\u25aa\ufe0e40 gr mentega leleh
\n\u25aa\ufe0e40 gr minyak sayur
\n\u25aa\ufe0e1 sdt pasta vanila<\/p>\n

Bahan B (Kering) Ayak, Sisihkan<\/h2>\n

\u25aa\ufe0e300 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
\n\u25aa\ufe0e2 sdm moringa powder
\n\u25aa\ufe0e\u00bc sdt bubuk kapulaga (optional)
\n\u25aa\ufe0e1 sdm baking powder
\n\u25aa\ufe0e1 sdt baking soda
\n\u25aa\ufe0e \u00bd sdt garam<\/p>\n

150 Keju Cheddar Potong Dadu<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Campur semua bahan A dalam wadah, lalu tuang bahan B setengah nya, aduk, lalu masukkan kembali sisa bahan B, aduk kembali.
\n2. Masukkan potongan keju ke dlm adonan (sisakan sdkt utk toping), lalu aduk kembali, tidak usah terlalu lama diaduk.
\n3. Simpan terlebih dahulu di chiller selama 30 menit
\n4. Preheat oven 180\u2070 C selama 15 menit
\n5. Tuang adonan dlm loyang, lalu panggang dgn suhu 180\u2070C api atas bawah selama 17-20 menit
\n6. Setelah matang, keluarkan dari oven.
