Caranya<\/h2>\n

Siapkan Wadah Masukkan Tepung Terigu, Garam, Kaldu Jamur, Irisan Daun Bawang Lalu Tuang Air Sedikit Demi Sedikit Hingga Adonan Kental Agak Padat. Koreksi Rasa, Sisihkan<\/p>\n

Bahan Bihun Goreng<\/h2>\n

2 papan bihun
\nKol iris secukupnya
\n1 bh wortel potong korek
\n3 sdm kecap manis
\n1\/4 sdt merica bubuk
\n1 sdt kecap asin
\n1 sdt minyak wijen
\nGaram, kaldu jamur secukupnya<\/p>\n

Bumbu Halus<\/h2>\n

6 siung bawang merah
\n3 siung bawang putih<\/p>\n

Caranya<\/h2>\n

1. Rendam bihun cap tanam jagung dalam air hangat hingga empuk\/lunak. Tiriskan
\n2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum masukkan potongan wortel aduk rata masukkan bihun tambahkan garam, kaldu jamur, kecap manis, kecap asin, merica, irisan kol aduk rata hingga bumbu meresap
\n3. Koreksi rasa, angkat lalu gunting2, ambil tahu coklat belah salah satu sisinya kemudian isi bihun goreng, celupkan kedalam adonan basah. Lakukan smp adonan habis
