250 gr bread flour (protein tinggi)
\n200 gr tepung gandum (saya pakai naturich) @kreasibogasari
\n5 gr ragi instan
\n40 gr gula pasir
\n35 gr madu<\/p>\n

Bahan B<\/h2>\n

1 butir telur
\n220-240 gr susu cair dingin (sesuaikan dgn jenis tepung)<\/p>\n

Bahan C<\/h2>\n

50 gr butter
\n4gr garam
\n1 sdt Thyme (saya skip)<\/p>\n

Filling<\/h2>\n

150gr kismis
\n80gr madu
\n1 sdt kayumanis bubuk
\nCampur dan aduk rata
\nTopping: oatmeal<\/p>\n

Proses<\/h2>\n

1. Aduk rata bahan A, masukkan bahan B. Mix sampe\u00a0 \u00bd kalis.
\n2. Masukkan bahan C, mix smpe kalis elastis.
\n3. Bulatkan adonan, lalu profing \u00b1 1 jam. Kempiskan, gilas sampai berbenruk persegi panjang (sesuaikan dengan loyang), beri filling di seluruh permukaannya, gulung, masukkan ke loyang, lalu profing lagi sekitar 45 menit\/ sesuaikan dgn suhu di tempat masing\u00b2.
