Bahan A<\/h2>\n

300 gr ikan tengiri
\n100 gr udang kupas
\n150 gr fillet paha ayam<\/p>\n

Bahan B<\/h2>\n

7 gr garam
\n2 gr medica bubuk
\n30 gr gula pasir
\n20 gr kaldu jamur
\n50 gr bawang putih halus
\n15 gr kecap asin
\n30 gr minyak sayur\/minyak bawang<\/p>\n

Bahan C<\/h2>\n

2 gr bawang putih goreng cincang halus
\n16 gr ebi sangrai haluskan
\n2 butir telur<\/p>\n

Bahan D<\/h2>\n

250 ml air hangat
\n200 gr tepung tapioka
\n50 gr tepung terigu<\/p>\n

Bahan Tambahan<\/h2>\n

kulit pangsit
\ntahu cina\/tahun pong\/tahu kulit<\/p>\n

Bahan Sambal Kacang<\/h2>\n

200 gr kacang tanah goreng
\n5 buah rawit merah rebus
\n10 buah cabe merah rebus
\n5 siung bawang putih rebus
\n800 cc air putih
\n1 buah kentang kukus halus kan
\n75 gr gula jawa
\n2 sdm kecap manis
\n1 sdt kaldu jamur
\n2 sdt garam(sesuai selera)
\ngula pasir bila kurang manis<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Sambal<\/h2>\n

-haluskan semua bahan lalu masak dgn api sedang aduk2 sampai bumbu meresap dgn kacang kacang
\n-jika sdh meletup2 tes rasa bila kurang tambahkan sesuai selera
\n-jangan terlalu kental bs tambah air lalu masak kembali
\n-atau bila suka kental tinggal tambahkan waktu masaknya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Batagor<\/h2>\n

-haluskan bahan A sampai lembut lalu tambahkan bahan B+C haluskan sampai tercampur rata
\n-siapkan mangkok tuang adonan lalu + bahan D aduk rata(jangan terlalu lama mengaduknya)
\n-siapkan kulit pangsit dan tahu cina ,ambil 1 sdm adonan lalu bungkus dgn kulit pangsit
\n-belah diagonal tahu cina lalu kerok sedikit bagian tengah nya lalu isi dgn adonan ikan
\n-panaskan minyak lalu goreng sampai matang
