250 gr daging sapi
\n150 gr daging ayam
\n1 putih telur
\n4 siung bawang putih, haluskan
\n2 sdt garam
\n1\/4 sdt penyedap (optional)
\n1\/2 sdk teh gula pasir
\n70 gr es batu<\/p>\n

Bahan Tambahan<\/h2>\n

1 sdk makan bawang merah goreng
\n75 gr tapioka
\n1\/2 sdk teh baking powder
\n1 butir telur<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Chopper hingga halus semua adonan bakso lalu tambahkan bawang merah goreng, tapioka dan baking powder, haluskan lagi
\n2. Belah tahu lalu isikan adonan
\n3. Didihkan air 1000 ml, beri garam 1sdk teh, masukkan tahu bakso, rebus hingga mengapung dan matang, angkat, tiriskan
\n4. Celup tahu bakso ke kocokan telur, goreng hingga matang, angkat, tiriskan
