\n1 buah jeruk nipis
\nMinyak untuk menumis<\/p>\n

6 siung bawang merah
\n6 siung bawang putih
\n6 buah cabe merah
\n1 ruas kunyit

Cara Membuat Tongkol Suwir<\/h2>\n

1. Lumuri ikan tongkol dengan air jeruk nipis, diamkan 20 menit, lalu bilas. Kukus sampai matang, angkat kemudian suwir-suwir. (Kalau pakai pindang tongkol tidak perlu dikukus ya, langsung suwir-suwir saja).
