450 gr Pangasius Fillet @seafoodlovers.japfa
\n2 siung bawang putih, halus
\n1\/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
\n1\/2 sdt lada bubuk
\n1\/2 sdt ketumbar bubuk<\/p>\n

Lapisan Kering<\/h2>\n

100 gr tepung cakra
\n2 sdm maizena
\n1 sdt kaldu bubuk<\/p>\n

Lapisan Basah<\/h2>\n

1 Butir Telur, Kocok Lepas<\/p>\n

Saus Tar Tar<\/h2>\n

2 siung bawang putih
\n1\/2 buah bawang bombai
\n2 buah cabe rawit
\n1 sachet bumbu telur asin, siap pakai
\n150 ml susu cair
\n3 sdm mayonaise
\n1\/2 sdt parsley kering
\nGula, garam dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Potong2 Pangasius Fillet sesuai selera. Campur dengan bumbu marinasi, diamkan selama 30 menit.
\n2. Balur pada tepung terigu, celupkan ke kocokan telur, balur lagi ke tepung terigu sambil di cubit2 biar keriting.
\n3. Goreng sampai kecoklatan dengan api sedang, angkat dan tiriskan.
\n4. Saus Tar Tar : tumis bawang putih, bawang bombai dan cabe rawit sampai harum. Tambahkan bumbu telur asin, susu cair, gula, garam dan kaldu bubuk.
\n5. Masukkan mayonaise dan parsley kering, aduk rata. Masak sampai mengental dan mendidih, angkat.
