Bahan Crust<\/h2>\n

100 gr mentega
\n175 gr tepung terigu
\n20 gr gula halus
\n2 sdm air es<\/p>\n

Bahan Filling<\/h2>\n

150 gr daging alpukat
\n50 gr gula pasir
\n30 gr krim kental manis
\n2 butir telur
\n1 kuning telur
\n2 sdm mentega
\nPewarna makanan hijau secukupnya.<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Campur mentega dan gula halus, aduk menggunakan garpu atau pisau pastry hingga teksturnya seperti pasir.
\n2. Tambahkan air es, aduk merata. Bulatkan dan tutup plastik wrap, masukkan ke kulkas selama 30 menit.
\n3. Timbang per 27 gr kemudian cetak pd cetakan pie, tusuk\u00b2 bagian dasarnya dengan garpu.
\n4. Oven dengan suhu 160\u2070 pada oven yg sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya hingga matang.
\n5. Angkat dan keluarkan dari cetakan.
\n6. Membuat filling : blender alpukat, gula, krim kental manis dan telur. Kemudian pindahkan ke panci. Masak dengan api sedang, tambahkan mentega, aduk – aduk dan tambahkan pewarna hijau, masak hingga mengental.
