Bahan Kulit<\/h2>\n

150 gr tepung ketan
\n75 kentang, kukus haluskan
\n2 sdm gula halus
\n125 ml santan
\nVanilli secukupnya
\nSejumput garam<\/p>\n

Bahan Isi<\/h2>\n

250 gr kacang hijau kupas
\n100 ml air
\n3 lembar daun pandan
\n125 gr gula pasir (boleh tambah yg suka manis)
\nSejumput garam
\n75 ml minyak goreng
\n25 gr tepung sagu<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Isi<\/h2>\n

1. Rendam kacang hijau kurleb selama 3 jam, tiriskan
\n2. Kukus kacang hijau sd merekah dan empuk.
\n3. Haluskan kacang hijau dg ditekan2 pake sendok pd saringan.
\n4. Rebus air dan daun pandan sd wangi dan air berkurang, masukkan gula, aduk2 masukkan garam, minyak goreng, aduk2.
\n5. Masukkan kacang hijau, aduk2 sd rata dan menyatu.
\n6. Masukkan tepung sagu sedikit2 sambil diaduk2 terus, sd rata.
\n7. Angkat, dinginkan, bulat2kan 1 sdm munjung (pake measuring spoon).<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Kulit<\/h2>\n

1. Rebus santan dg vanilli dan garam sd mendidih sambil diaduk. Angkat, biarkan hangat.
\n2. Campur tepung ketan, gula halus, dan kentang, aduk2 dg tangan, tuang santan hangat, campur dan uleni sd rata dan kalis.
\n3. Bagi 3 adonan, beri warna masing2 bagian. Masing2 bagian kemudian dibagi menjadi bulatan2 kecil (26 bulatan masing2 warna).
\n4. Ambil 6 bulatan kecil (masing2 warna 2 buah) gilas dg rolling pin agak tipis, kemudian isi dg bahan isian, bulatkan kembali mulus, cetak di cetakan kueku.
\n5. Taruh kueku di atas daun yg dioles minyak, kukus 15 menit dg api sedang, tiap 3 menit sekali kukusan dibuka agar kueku tdk meber.
