Bahan<\/h2>\n

2 ekor ikan bandeng
\n3 siung bawang merah, kupas, iris tipis
\n2 siung bawang putih, kupas, iris tipis
\n50 ml air asam
\n2 batang serai, memarkan
\n5 biji cabe rawit
\n2 lembar daun jeruk
\n1 sdt kunyit bubuk ( saya : 3 cm kunyit mentah, parut + air, peras airnya )
\n1 buah tomat , potong 4 bagian
\nAir
\nJeruk nipis
\nGaram, gula dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya
\nMinyak<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Bersihkan ikan dan potong – potong. Lumuri air jeruk nipis, diamkan 15 menit.
\n2. Cuci bersih.
\n3. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, serai, daun jeruk sampai wangi. Masukkan ikan, tambahkan air kunyit, air asam dan air secukupnya.
\n4. Masak dengan api sedang.
\n5. Tambahkan garam, gula, dan kaldu bubuk. Masukkan tomat dan cabe. Masak hingga matang.
