\n5 cabai merah keriting,boleh di skip
\n3 butir kemiri sangrai
\n1\/2 ruas jahe
\n1\/2 ruas kunyit<\/p>\n

5 sdm kecap manis
\nGaram secukupnya
\nKaldu bubuk secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1.bersihkan ikan,cuci bersih,lumuri dengan garam dan perasaan air jeruk nipis, diamkan dalam kulkas selama 15-30 menit agar bumbu meresap.
\n2.tumis bumbu halus sampai harum,beri garam dan kaldu bubuk,tuang kedalam mangkuk,campur dengan kecap.
\n3.lumuri ikan dengan bumbu sampai merata.
