3 kuning telur
\n10 gr gula castor
\n45 gr susu
\n35 gr minyak
\n1 sdt pasta vanila
\n\u00bc sdt garam
\nPasta red velvet (optional)<\/p>\n

Bahan B<\/h2>\n

30 gr tepung protein sedang
\n30 gr tepung maizena<\/p>\n

Bahan C<\/h2>\n

3 putih telur
\n\u00bd sdt cot
\n70 gr gula castor<\/p>\n

Pelengkap<\/h2>\n

Creamcheese frosting
\nBuah strawberry segar<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

Siapkan loyang yg telah dialasi baking paper
\nPreheat oven suhu 170\u2070C
\n1. Campur semua bahan A, aduk hingga rata menggunakan whisker, tambahkan bahan B yg telah diayak, aduk kembali.
\n2. Untuk bahan C, kocok terlebih dahulu putih telur dan cot hingga berbusa, kemudian masukkan gulpas secara bertahap. Kocok hingga form\/stiff peak
\n3. Masukkan pasta strawberry ke dlm kocokan kuning telur (A), aduk rata. Lalu masukkan kocokan putih telur (B) secara bertahap & aduk perlahan dgn metode aduk balik hingga tercampur rata. Lalu tuang ke loyang yg telah diberi motif. Ratakan adonan, ketuk\u00b2 loyang 2x supaya udara yg terperangkap keluar.
\n4. Panggang dgn suhu 170\u2070c api atas bawah selama 20 – 25 menit. Setelah matang, keluarkan dari oven, segera banting\u00b2 loyang 2x supaya tdk kempes
\n5. Tunggu sktr 10 menit, lalu keluarkan dari loyang, balik kembali kue, . Tunggu hingga dingin, baru olesi dgn creamcheese frosting. Lalu roll cake dgn menggunakan alas baking paper atau lap bersih, kemudian simpan di chiller sebelum disajikan.
