2 buah kentang ukuran besar (kurleb 700 gr)
\n1\/2 sdm garam (bisa tambah kl suka asin)
\n2 sdm maizena<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1. Kupas dan cuci kentang, potong kotak2 panjang.
\n2. Cuci bersih dg air dingin, rendam air 30 menit. Cuci kembali dg air dingin. Tiriskan
\n3. Rebus air mendidih selama 5 menit dg garam apabila lbh tipis rebus 3 menit aja.
\n4. Angkat, siram dg air dingin (agar lbh cepat dingin), tiriskan kentang dg tissue peniris sampai tdk terlalu basah \/keset.
\n5. Masukkan dlm plastik, tuang maizena, kocok2 sampai semua rata terbalur.
\n6. Goreng kentang dg minyak panas api sedang kecil kurleb 3 menit, angkat, tiriskan sd agak dingin.
