250 gr tepung terigu
\n400 ml santan kental
\n200 ml air pandan
\n1-2 sdm pasta pandan
\n4 sdm gula pasir
\n2 sdm margarin
\n1\/2 sdt garam<\/p>\n

Bahan Fla<\/h2>\n

200 gr tepung beras
\n2 bungkus santan instan 65 ml
\n100 gr gula pasir
\n1 liter air
\n1\/2 sdt garam
\n4 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan<\/p>\n

Pelengkap<\/h2>\n

Sirup cocopandan\/Sirup DHT pisang ambon
\nSusu kental manis secukupnya
\nEs batu secukupnya<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat<\/h2>\n

1.Kukus pisang kurang lebih 10 menit, angkat kupas dan dinginkan.
\n2.dalam panci campur semua bahan adonan ijo,aduk sampai tercampur rata,saring. lalu masak sampai adonan mengental dan padat, dinginkan.
\nAmbil 1 sdm penuh adonan ijo,lebarkan adonan di atas plastik bersih, masukan pisang dan gulung sampai permukaan pisang terlapisi semua lalu padatkan.lakukan sampai habis.
\n3.kukus pisang ijo kurang lebih 15 menit, angkat dan dinginkan.
\n4.dalam panci campur semua bahan fla,aduk sampai tercampur rata,masak hingga mengental.dinginkan.
\n5.cara penyajian : dalam mangkuk tuang fla,potong pisang ijo tata di atas fla,siram dengan sirup,Skm dan beri es batu. Selesai..
