Mix them well using your fingers.<br \/>\nAdd warm water, little by little and make a soft dough. Knead for couple of minutes to make a soft, pliable dough.<br \/>\nCover the dough with a kitchen cloth and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.<br \/>\nHeat a tawa on medium flame.<br \/>\nPinch off the dough to equal size balls.<br \/>\nRoll each piece into 4 inch circles, dusting it with flour as you roll.<br \/>\nBrush melted ghee over the surface of the rolled dough and sprinkle the sugar. Fold the dough to make square.<br \/>\nstart rolling it gently.<br \/>\nCook the parathas on the tawa.
