In a pot add your oil on high heat<br \/>\n2. Peel and cut the long stem off the onions. Create 3 slices in each corner as a guide and make 2 slices in between each guide to create a flower onion<br \/>\n3. In a bowl combine together the flower, garlic powder, salt, paprika, pepper, cumin.<br \/>\n4. Coat the flower onion In the flour, then coat in the beaten egg and back in the flour<br \/>\n5. Front facing down place your Bloomin\u2019 onion face down and fry for 15 seconds, turn over flower side facing up and fry for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Once golden brown let the fried onion drain any excess oil, flower side down<br \/>\n7.
