{"id":9918,"date":"2022-05-19T08:45:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-19T00:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=9918"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:49:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:49:11","slug":"mutton-yakhni-pulao-aka-mutton-broth-pilaf-bon_appetit_jeddah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mutton-yakhni-pulao-aka-mutton-broth-pilaf-bon_appetit_jeddah","title":{"rendered":"Mutton Yakhni Pulao Aka Mutton Broth Pilaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Mutton Yakhni Pulao Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients for the mutton broth<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nMutton 500 gms with bones @themeathub<br \/>\nWater 4 cups<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nGreen and black Cardamom 2-3 @zaiqa.sa<br \/>\n<em><strong>Ingredients for the spices<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>For the potli of spices<\/em><br \/>\nOnion 1 small<br \/>\nGinger 2 inch<br \/>\nGarlic cloves 6-7<br \/>\nCardamoms 3-4<br \/>\nCinnamon stick 2 large<br \/>\nBlack cardamom 3<br \/>\nCumin seeds whole 1 tablespoon<br \/>\nSaunf 1 teaspoon<br \/>\nCoriander seeds whole 1 tablespoon<br \/>\nCloves 6-7<br \/>\nBlack pepper 6-7<\/p>\n<h2>For The Pulao<\/h2>\n<p>250 grams Rice basmati long grain @abukassrice<br \/>\n4 tbsp Oil or ghee<br \/>\n1 large Thinly sliced onion<br \/>\n1 large tomato thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste @shanfoodsglobal<br \/>\n4 tablespoons yougart<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>First wash rice and soak in fresh water for 1 hour before cooking.<br \/>\nIn a muslin cloth take all whole spices, ginger, garlic, coriander seeds, fennel, and tie them all to make a potli.<br \/>\nIn a sauce pan or pressure cooker add mutton with some salt<br \/>\nAdd water in and slide in the prepared potli into it.<br \/>\nClose the lid and cook or until its soft and cooked.<br \/>\ncollect mutton pieces in a bowl and keep aside.and Collect the stock in a separate bowl.<br \/>\nIn a wok heat oil &amp; add bay leaf &amp; zeera, wait till it sputters.<br \/>\nNow add fine sliced onions and cook until golden.<br \/>\nAdd ginger garlic paste and sliced tomatoes in the mutton pieces along with yogurt and cook for 5 mins on high flame.<br \/>\nNow add the soaked rice<br \/>\nFry for another 5-6 mins &amp; then add the reserved stock into the rice.<br \/>\nlet the water come to a boil. Now close lid to cook the rice.
