Sprinkle salt on eggs.<br \/>\nCover the pan &amp; cook for 5-6 mins or until you like your eggs to be cooked.<br \/>\nRemove the lid &amp; sprinkle parsley &amp; feta. Serve hot with warm pita\/bread.
